etohio Posted March 1, 2014 Share #4 Posted March 1, 2014 I had forgotten just how good he is. I went on youtube and recorded some of the video's that are on there. I have to record them because my internet connection is not fast enough to play without stopping.

syscrusher Posted March 4, 2014 Share #8 Posted March 4, 2014 He was usually absolutely clean sounding and clear without any flaws but I saw him perform once on the Tonight Show when he explained that he had been on vacation for several weeks and hadn't played guitar. He tried to give his standard smooth performance but it showed that he was off a little. Still it tended to give me even more of an appreciation for what a talent Roy has. Pegasus1300 Posted March 4, 2014 Share #9 Posted March 4, 2014 I have recordings by Carlos Montoya and Manitas de Plata both highly recognized Classical Guitarists and they are not as clean as this performance. Go Roy.
