Brake Pad Posted February 5, 2014 Share #1 Posted February 5, 2014 Just got the 12K service done on the bike, along with, I had 1-1/2 inch risers put on the handlebars, and a battery tender, attachment. next the tires I just ordered, Bridgestones 704/709's set for 300.00 bucks. my local honda shop said they'd install for 25.00 bucks each. BoomerCPO Posted February 5, 2014 Share #2 Posted February 5, 2014 No matter what Make/Model the bike is I would NEVER consider putting on Bridgestone tires. Boomer....who sez dat's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Sylvester Posted February 5, 2014 Share #4 Posted February 5, 2014 Worst tire I ever rode on and like on oil in wet conditions is the Bridgestone OEM for Venture.
Brake Pad Posted February 13, 2014 Author Share #5 Posted February 13, 2014 I'll be heading to the Darkside, for the rear tire next month., nothing wrong with a tire that can make 20K, for the same price as a Bike tire:twing:

I hope the Bridgestones work better on the Goldwing than on my old Venture. they made the bike feel heavy and slow in the corners, and then the sidewalls cracked. Not criticizing your choice, just letting you know my feelings... Brian
