Hi I am hopefully fixing to go get a 2001 red venture and was wondering do they have an aux port? I want to mount my Sirius radio to the bike? thanks

Yes open the cassette door and you will see it on the right

Also several posts on running a seperate cable down the handlebars into the faring and connecting on the backside of the faring by the radio with a splitter cable so you wont have to have the door open all the time. http://www.venturerider.org/forum/showthread.php?t=3905 is a post you need to read up on.

Smitdog, if you do get the bike this really is a good group of folks. Lots of info for the DIY guy. Heck even if your not folks here will give you a hand and help you do things you never thought you could. Its worth the $12

I am waiting to see if I get the bike before I upgrade but if I get it I will definatly be upgrading
