I called PayPal and my tracking number confirming delivery was proof enough for them. The case will be closed today. I feel sorry for the guy since the package was stolen. I had sent him an email early on asking what he wanted me to do but instead of replying he filed a claim with PayPal. It will be interesting to see what kind of feedback he leaves. I have a feeling my 100% rating is going to drop! Lesson learned: pay the extra to require a signature!
bongobobny Posted October 11, 2013 Posted October 11, 2013 If he does leave negative or neutral feedback you can dispute it with Ebay and if you prove your point then it can be removed.:banana: Glad it worked out! The buyer is probably short of money and didn't want to accept the financial loss...
