BOO Posted August 25, 2012 Share #3 Posted August 25, 2012 Well I have always believed that an old bike with low mileage is worse than a newer bike with a lot of miles-- to a point-- I would have no problem buying a 1st or 2nd generation bike with 100,000 miles of course for the right price. I think mileage does effect the price but not to much. The guy with the very low mileage bike thinks he will get a fortune for it but that's not always the case.
