djh3 Posted February 16, 2012 Share #1 Posted February 16, 2012 I was looking at some other bikes (HD) awile back and of course they had special editions and something like 105yr aniversary edition etc. Why you would signafy 105yr not 100 I dont know. Anyways Since the G2 started in 99 was there any designation or "special" model in 2009? Like 10 aniv edition. I had a FOX body mustang GT that was like 25th aniv I think. The only special edition 2nd gen that I recall is the 2000 year model, "Millennium", cream and tan colors with individually numbered ID plates. Pegasus1300 Posted February 16, 2012 Share #6 Posted February 16, 2012 Harley has several special editions,95th anniversary.100th andniversary,105th anniversary,30th anniversary of the electraglide,10th anniversary of the Vrod,etc,etc,etc. They also do limited edition paint runs or equiptment runs.Anything to generate interest and sales and they are very good at it.
