Wrap a bare wire around a bulb base... then tape another to the bottom pin... shove them in and start checking for running light or brake... Pull the seat off and trace it up, perhaps it was to a battery tender or some heated gear for the passenger Have you checked it with a continuity tester or volt gauge yet?
