Freebird Posted February 5, 2011 Share #1 Posted February 5, 2011 Not sure that I would like them but it looks like they should work pretty well. http://www.webbikeworld.com/r4/tucano-urbano-handlebar-muffs/

Sandbagger Posted February 5, 2011 Share #3 Posted February 5, 2011 Don, I got the hippo hands this winter. In combination with the heated grips, I don't think there is any weather that would be too cold for me now. (Don't have the guts to be out with less than ideal winter ground conditions though). The concept is the same as the hippo hands. For people that struggle with the cold hands this is a great concept. Bob
RedRider Posted February 5, 2011 Share #4 Posted February 5, 2011 These are used for ice riding and snowmobiles/ATVs. They make all the difference when riding on the ice. (Haven't tried this brand, but ridden with the HippoHands). RR
OB-1 Posted February 5, 2011 Share #5 Posted February 5, 2011 I used "Hippo-Hands" back in the 80's on my XS-1100 and they were great on really cold days and when riding in cold rain. Not sure how they'd work on the Venture with the comm/radio control hidden from view.
Sandbagger Posted February 5, 2011 Share #6 Posted February 5, 2011 I used "Hippo-Hands" back in the 80's on my XS-1100 and they were great on really cold days and when riding in cold rain. Not sure how they'd work on the Venture with the comm/radio control hidden from view. They make hippo hands for different styles of bikes. I got the style made for the venture. It is not perfect but pretty darn good. Bob
