Traffic was slow and someone rear ended him while behind me. I saw it all in my mirrow. He stayed on his feet somehow as the bike went tearing and rolling into the other lane. Lots of bike damage but the rider seemed fine. How he rode it out on his feet was impressive. Bike parts all over the road. In one sense, he was lucky. I am going to say that "one" is too low (old card sharks reference) Since the bike got damaged in that sense he was unlucky, but otherwise he should be counting a hoop-o-blessings.
