V7Goose Posted October 9, 2010 Share #3 Posted October 9, 2010 If you took the calipers off, then you almost certainly have the ear of at least one pad hung up on the top rail. When this happens it gets bent back and the pad cannot slide on the rail to move up to the disc. Generally all will be fine if you simply bend the ear back flat and get them installed correctly. scope59 Posted October 9, 2010 Author Share #4 Posted October 9, 2010 Added a washer to bring the lights a hair away from the calipers. Apparently the right front was pushing the caliper.
