It's a clean looking bike and I'm thinking it's a good deal. It looks like he's missing the trunk. Actually, I think that was one of the colours for 84, Blue being another one. At least I have seen those colours before. Good luck to him. Also, I think they fixed the frame problem for the 84s. Second gear is definitely a problem though.
