I should have noted that mine is a '99 and they changed the shock after '04, according to the OEM parts list. So I guess I would need one from '99-'04 unless someone can tell me if an '08 will work. I was thinking that nothing has changed on these bikes since '99 but there are a few suttle changes like shock, running lights (blinkers), etc. I know because I ordered clear running light lenses and amber bulbs to put on my '99. I had to order them off a '05 and above because they did not offer clear in '99. The lenses were fine but the bulbs were different and would not fit the socket. So, I have a set of amber bulbs for '05 and above if anyone needs them cheap... Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
