BullIt does to me, I have a complete frame I can't title and two spare engines. I was kinda looking for a frame that could be titled so I could start a Venture cruiser custom. With shipping cost a few of you'd be looking at it might be more than you want to look at. I haven't accepted his offer yet told him to give me until next Wed. Lately, every time a CL'er answers one of my ads, and makes an appointment to come over they never show. MOF I don't even dicker on the price over the phone any longer. I basically tell them to stand in front of me with green in hand, then we'll talk. In your case I'd get the money, give him the signed title, and then have him pick up the frame later.
