i have been running a met me880 rear on front rever. i now have 30,000 and still have 6 mm. of tread left when i ran a reg. front i was getting 8000 i ride hard in the mountains of va. my ride is a 2006 r/star td with 70,000 miles with out a problem

i have been running metme880s for 70,000 miles was getting 8000 on front but the last time i put a me880 rear reversed on front i now have 30,000 on it with no ill efects even in the rain a little cuping but thats nom still have 6mm of tread left

i find me880 to get the best miles i have 70,000 miles on my royal star and i ride pretty hard in the mt. of va. drageing stuff all the time. i was getting about 8,000 on the frount now i run a me880 rear tire on the front rever and now have 30,000 on it with still 6 m.m of tread left like i said i ride hard with no ill efects it has a little cuping but that is norm any way works as good as any in the wet i mount & bal my tires dont know if a shop will do it because of libility isu hope this help
