Need assistance finding rear power accessory. Anyone have wire color underneath seat??

No real difference in a 99 and a 13.. mine is a 99... gave $2700 for it... 37k miles... cheaper insurance... cheaper property taxes... Tell me one thing that makes a 2010 or newer better than my 99... In my opinion that's why yamaha couldn't move new Venture bikes... what's the point to pay 14k for a bike that I can buy on craigslist for $4500...

Someone remind me that there is a retaining clamp in there... I see it on the side. Wonder if it's missing off the shaft..

Finally got the shaft connected.. with the use of finger hole and camera. Decided to post video just in case someone wanted to see inside. This is drive shaft.... https://youtu.be/2nmp2me5syM

While I was doing the new tire on the rear.. U decided to try to clean my rear wheel... nothing worked so I wet sanded it using 1500 grit paper... cleaned it up decently.. but then I decided the final gear drive looked terrible.. so I put some Amsoil Heavy Duty MP Spray on it... wiped it off while wet and the results were amazing. I then used it on wheel and whole drive shaft... I have the silver color back. I don't think a brillo pad or anything else could come close to what this stuff did... plus I think it will protect it from rust and make it easier to clean in the future.. so 3 thumbs up for this stuff.

I kinda disagree... $4500 with the miles... and I would suggest listing it with other keywords like goldwing, harley, voyager... etc. Very few people know about the Venture. Plus the 99 is basically a 2013...

Go ahead and put an aftermarket like I did... Kenwood deck with bluetooth pandora and usb... Just installed a kenwood excelon amp 50x4. JBL 4" up front Polk 4" in rear Still have intercom and cb capabilities with helmet.

Been a customer for 10 plus years... Recruited family to drop Dishnetwork for DirecTV in the past. But since this ATT merger- DirecTV is awful. Prices keep going up.. and just not happy. GoodBYE DirecTV!! I will find things to do with my $130 every month.

My speakers have went out for my JM headest... I sit a simple positive negative for the speakers? I want to splice them at the speaker. Thanks

it is a Ricks high output stator... SO im guessing thats why it is doing a little more... I just cant ever crimp these GM contacts correctly.

Update... checked Rectifier wiring.. and sure enough one of the wires had come off.. Really two.. So I guess when it shifted into gear it was enough to lose contact. Weird but fixed for now.. I have a lot of probs with this charging system.. but it is now charging at 13.4 at idle and about 14.1 at 3k rpms.. We shall see how long it lasts this time..

What customization--- not me...

All fuses are good.. I wonder if a bad neutral switch could cause all of this?? The cruise light will light up but then disappear after 2-3 seconds... Is their anything that controls some of this that could have melted or burnt up...??

Need some thoughts.. bike charges when in neutral.. my neutral light doesn't work.. when changing the neutral bulb wires sparked... nor sure what I blew but I'm guessing it's having an effect... Anyone have any ideas.. These are the things that font work... NEUTRAL light Cruise control Fuel gauge flashes at both ends
