  1. Just a quick question on which will provide better fit? I'm 5'10" and have a back problem and want the bars a little higher and back to my more natural arm length and back support position. I already have a set of Harley Bars (Don't ask) and I am wondering if they may be better or worse than the Flander set up I've read about here. Any feedback is welcome.
  2. Just replaced my Dunlop OEM 404 at 14,000, both front and rear on RSMV-03. Rear still had some tread but was looking a little too worn for my taste and the front could have gone another ?. Replaced them with the Michelin Commanders and have about 1,000 on them so far. Have had no major issues with them and they handle great, and have great traction. Panic stop from about 50 mph and the rear never slid as it often did with the Dunlops. Cannot say whether they handle wet yet, since we have had no rain in Texas lately. Have a 900 mile trip set up in September and that should be a good test of these new Michelins, will post some info after the trip. On my V-Star 1100 had Metzlers and I could only get aboyt 8-9000 on the rear of it. My BIL has a Harley Softail Standard and he can only average around 9,000 on his rear, with the Dunlop 404's. He's on his fourth rear tire now but looking at the Michelins as well.
