First of all a belated MERRY CHRISTMAS to all my friends here on Venturiders.... Taters and I are still kicking and doing well. Been pretty busy around here with all the Holiday celebrating. We are hoping everyone is doing well and wish everyone health, wealth and happiness in the upcoming year....We had a wonderful Christmas eve with all the children and grandchildren...AS usual fun was had by all.. In a couple of weeks, I will have 30 yrs in with the state and I am contemplating on retiring this coming year.. I have plans on meeting with the retirement board sometime in January to decide what are my best options...We were just upgraded to a grade 19 which brings along a good raise along with my cost of living raise...This will bump up my retirement quite a bit but only if I stick around for another 3 years...I will turn 62 this year and must see how this raise will impact my retirement ..Gonna have to think on this a while when I get my numbers....Anyway, I just wanted to check in and say hello to everyone....Will see you all at MD if the good Lord is willing...Ride safe and most of all take care of one another and BEHAVE..........lol look who's talking.....? love you nuts see you soon....

I'm sorry.....any items left here after 30 days was sold to the highest bidder at my annual ICELANDIC STUFF LEFT HERE auction....I had 6 totes of items this year including a low mileage slightly used touring bike...I made a fortune.... Looks like I may get to retire after all...

Haven't been on here for a while. I do check you guys and gals out about once a week. So much going on in my life lately. Had to buy 2 vehicles because ours were seeing better days. Picked up a couple of Jeeps for Taters and myself , figured I better before winter sets in. With that being done, I am working on getting ready for winter which is coming soon. Keeping up the falling leaves off my Maples in the yard is a never ending job this time of year . My daughter bought the house next door and although it is nice to have her close by, I seem to have a lot more company lately....lol Went back to hunting deer with the bow this year after taking a break for a few years and I'm beginning to think I'm getting too old to be climbing trees and freezing my butt off in the rain and cold.. Lately all I can think of while I am up there is of all the leftover chores I should be doing.. I have to get my firewood ordered and delivered and stacked up soon...Cleaned out my garage so I can get 3 chord piled in there, but it doesn't look to hopeful at this point.. I have a 2 1/2 care garage and it is full to the brim with priceless treasures..lol I cant even fit one car in there any more.... Well, being off from work today I decided to work on a few of those little nagging jobs...clean out the fireplace chimney and fireplace, run a few errands around town, pay some bills, get the dogs nails trimmed, install a new filter in the furnace and the list goes on and on....But instead of getting to it ..WHAT AM I DOING..YEP, SITTING ON THE DUTTER LOL... LOVE AND MISS YOU BUNCH OF MISFITS....

I took Jonas and Kristjian to the airport this morning....Kristjian is a little sore on his left side today from sliding in the road.. his knee and his elbow is a little swollen and has some road rash in those areas......them VIKINGS are TOUGH... He came back from the rally yesterday and I found him on my roof 2 hrs.later cleaning out my gutters...these VIKINGS are crazy...they are so full of energy, you virtually have to HOG TIE them to get them to relax....I love those two.. Anyway they are on their way to Boston for the day and night and then back to Iceland on Wednesday...

I want to thank all of you who attended the WNY rally.....OMG...what a blast.. I don't know where to begin. The WNY group is FANTASTIC. I love you for all your hard work , I know that I could never do this if it wasn't for you all. you guys and girls ROCK...PIONEER MOTORSPORTS....YOU ARE THE BEST....THANK YOU again for the wonderful venue and the donations.....for those who attended.....THANK YOU...THANK YOU...... THANK YOU.... Hope you had a great time. I'm getting a little "choked up" as I'm writing this, glad you cant see me...I'm taking next year off , but don't worry, Bongobob will be hosting this event next year......I'm positive he will do a great job.. If you couldn't attend this year, you missed a really great one.....plan on attending next years event.... I am. AGAIN, from the bottom of my heart...THANK YOU ALL...now I'M going to take a nap...lol.ps.... lets see those pics you took.....
