Yep the owners manual is where I found the spec for SDS.....

I have an older model of this Tipton.... They're on sale locally for around $80 bucks over the counter. I think I picked up mine off the internet for a bit less.... There are also some neat custom wooden ones available...but moe than I can afford...
-
Don't need to worry.. I just checked and this one take SDS bits, and the set I picked up fits fine.... PHEW!!

You might have a heavier 'rat' model of the Rotary. My 'mouse' had the accessories on a shelf behind the hammers and the clerk said they fit my model. But.... now I'm gonna have to go check just to make sure.... :-) And go find the receipt if they don't... :-)

And it's local.... I'll ask about the rifles that he was loading for.... I see some 6.5 bullets in there. There's also a nice trailer to tow the bike on... :-) If nothing more... it's entertaining to poke thru the items.... https://www.westauction.com/auction/online-auction-of-atv-dirt-bike-go-kart-trailers-tools-and-more-in-sacramento-ca-2158

I already found the $15 bit set, and going to pick it up later this morning.... And.... now that I think about it for 10 bucks I'll pick up a set of those drill bits too.... Just because... :-) This new one did come with a tube of lube, a rubber gasket, and the storage case. It is a nice set-up...

Went to HF this afternoon and got the last one. Even for a 10 amp'r it's on the beastly side... Take note it doesn't come with any tools. Ya gotta buy dem separately... So.. I'm going back tomorrow and see if they carry 1 1/8" tools for this thing... Most of the others were 1". I hope that's not why they were on sale... Just my luck they want more for the tools than the hammer.... All that aside it looks good enough to bust up some of the front sidewalk that's being lifted by roots this spring... Thanks for the lead Puc....

Dang!!.... I just might go buy one just because....

It's always something..... So I picked up the flex tube scope a month or two ago in an auction for next to nothing, and it fit a mount that I had bought for another classic 250 that I really stole a couple of years ago in an auction. But now I had two 10" scopes but only one mount. Then up pops this new motorized synscan flex tube mount at auction and I get it.... Everything goes together perfectly But when I look at the mounting system and read the instructions I find to get the manual tube needs an upgrade part to fit the motorized mount. Basically a new type side plate for the tube to fit the drive mount. Yeesh!! So I call customer service, and leave two messages, and finally get a live person late in the afternoon but not the right department. So left another message with the right person and still waiting for a call back.... Why is it it's always the last thing in any project that goes FUBAR?? The last nut or bolt to get something apart?? The right part from the parts department, and it should fit, but it doesn't ?? Gawd I hate that.... Grrrr!!

I actually have 4 or 5 Celestrons. One from the Vixon days with the manual super polarus head, and the others all have computerized tracking of some form or another. I even have a smaller 5" that has an internal star chart and will orient itself with it's attached camera.... Do I know what I'm doing??? Nah.... Celestron and Meade were...are... the big dogs in the universe, but Sky Watcher is putting out some nice stuff lately and has been around for 20 years. This new scope will find and track at all kinds of speeds... So maybe I'll be able to wave at the space station as it sails on by..?? Smile you're on candid camera... :-)

It's my new play toy... We're becoming an eclectic bunch of OF's and here's something new to talk about... :-) It's my new Sky Watcher Flextube 250P synscan.... Now all it's got to do is warm up....and figure out how this thing works.... :-)

Holy Moly...!! What ever happened to digital cameras... Better resolution, easier to up load... Heck I just take a pic, and plug the camera(s) into the USB port, and they end up in my camera downloaded pics file... Piece of cake!! :-) Cell phone cameras are OK for taking emergency pics, unless it's my daughters... it takes awesome pics... but I think they spent more on it than my Nikon DSLR

After flying and sailing in and out of countries for many years...Yep... I know all that, but thanks for clarifying it for others who don't... The passport comment was supposed to be a little tongue in cheek.... I wonder if prices would be a bit higher since they are more accessible to the US?? There are a few websites that had posted proceedure rates and if I had all my uppers done I still couldn't afford it... -

Actually after poking around on the net there are quite a few just over the Mex boarder, and in driving distance from the US. Costa Rica is a long flight, and don't forget your passport... ;-) -

I've heard some real horror stories about implant pricing from Clear Choice.... My brother had one done and it ran him 5 g's. For the amount they do vs. the advertising they do, someone's got to be picking up the cost... Can you imagine what it would run to have them all done at once>>> :mo money::mo money::mo money::mo money:...... Probably more than I paid for my house... -

That was a great experience. I hadn't had any wet fries since high school. Back then it was like American Graffiti. The Friday and Saturday night cruise thru Henry's and Farmer Boys Drive In's in Alhambra CA. Drag racing up and down Valley Blvd driving the cops nutz... They were about 3 blocks from each other and we used to make the loop and eventually getting a spot. The order of the day was a Chocolate Coke and Wet Fries... The car hops all wore roller skates... You'd turn your lights on for service.... Gawd those were the days.... :-) MOF I just received a notice that my 60th reunion is scheduled for October.... -

10-4 on Leatherby's Elk Grove Bro- I don't know if they have wet fries, but if they don't I'll order up a pile of fries and a bowl of gravy and we can make our own... -

Wow compared to your ordeal I feel blessed... I know the feeling about that life sucking thing. At the 2011 International in Cody I could barely make it to the restaurant for dinner after riding all day on the way. Ask Lone Eagle?? I'd have to stop two or three times just to get there and generally most were next to the motel. Riding was OK, but walking sucked. When I got back to the barn I parked the scoot and didn't fire it up for over 3 years. After doing all sorts of tests for the heart, and finding nothing, just for the heck of it I filled out one of those DIY poop tests and sent it in. They called me immediately and scheduled a colonoscopy, and that's when they found the tumor. It was big. A month later they were slicing and dicing. Here's where the blessed part comes in. After surgery where they also took 16 of the lymph nodes and the nodes were all negative... The tumor was benign. It still took 21 days in recovery before they cut me loose. Lost 60 pounds in that time. I looked like death sucking on a soda cracker. It also took 6 months to gain back some of the weight before I even wanted to look at the bike again. So compared to what you've gone through I'm a piker biker.... My new thing is the heart. They did a angioplasty and found a blockage in one of the arteries. I thought they were going to stint it, but they decided to leave it alone 'cause there was evidence smaller capillaries were growing into the area, and by-passing the blockage. So I feel lucky... I think it's time for one more butter pecan ice cream and order of wet fries the next time you're visiting the kids... :-)
