  1. Hi guys, I'm fairly new here to the site and a new Royal Star Tour Deluxe owner. I bought a 2005 RSTD a couple a months ago and have really enjoyed riding it. The problem I'm having is the battery keeps draining on the bike. I have a led voltage meter wired into the fairing and when I bought the bike earlier in the summer the battery would read right around 12.5 - 12.7 volts when sitting and while running it would read around 13.2 -13.4 volts. In the last week, the battery is reading 11.8 - 12.0 volts sitting and running it does not go up, it just keeps draining. I have pulled the battery a couple of times and charged it, it will then read around 12.8 volts but gradually drains while riding through the day. I guess my question is... do I need a battery, stator, or regulator? Thanks in advance. -Gary
  2. Hey! It's not half bad! It doesn't have that huge suitcase thing on the back. Not sure about the fixed fairing though.
  3. I have the SpeedoDRD, works perfect, easy to install and adjust. Just my 2 cents. - Gary
  4. My buddy has one of these. It's going to be my next helmet. Light as a feather, quick snap, no mushroom head, and no parachuting. https://www.bikerhelmets.com/collections/helmets
  5. hello, This is my first post on here. I just recently joined the forum after purchasing a 2005 RSTD. I love the bike so far, I have rode V-twins for years and this is my first V-4. Very smooth and I don't feel vibrations an hour after I'm done riding. Anyway I said all that to say, when I purchased my bike, it had a center stand on it. I didn't/don't really have any use for it, if someone here is interested in it... I wouldn't mind selling it to someone who could use it.
