I have to hide from people to keep down the numbers of detailings now but at least I have another excuse to limit them now. I just use the odd jobs to pay for my bike trips.

No joke, I actually have a legitimate paying job that takes about two hours every other week

Well I've been detailing cars for a couple years now for "cash under the table" but I have expanded my adventures to a contract job cutting grass for the US Government. This will not interrupt my riding season or once a month vacations so its not a bad gig.

Funny isn't it? But it is true.

Today I joined the group of working class people. I now get a paycheck and pay taxes again just for the fun of it.

Kind of like when you receive that ticket in the mail for something you did list week in another state?

Also in some states anything Less than 20 mph over is a minimum find & no point violation

Why is it that so many people always try to figure out just how much above the speed limit they can travel without getting a ticket. Fact is anything above the posted speed limit can get you pulled over. If you're not wanting to get a ticket, just follow the limits and you'll be fine. If you want to play that game, just drive however fast you want. Sometimes you win and sometimes you will lose, but stop trashing the officer for doing his job. I heard lots of excuses over the years, but the fact is if you're guilty be man enough to say yes I got caught and pay your fine. And most of all be respectful to the officer. I got as much experience at this as anyone on here. And many times I know I'm running just over the limit but if I get caught, then that is how it goes.

Looking good. I got my Bike cleaned up this evening and planning on hitting the road tomorrow if all goes well.

Yes another good report. Doc said my blood work looked excellent and described it as another boring visit, but boring is good. I go back on May 10th...

You guys must have done something wrong. I only pay Fed and not state and I've been retired two years and get back approximately 75% of the taxes I pay each year.

Thanks you all for the thoughts & birthday wishes. I wished I could have made my party but was already committed to something else with the wife. It was in the mid 60's here on Saturday but I still didn't get a chance to ride. Maybe soon.

I don't know if people now a days think everyone should be politically correct or what, but good grief folks don't get your panties in a wad because someone disagreed with you or didn't prefer your style. Eck bashed me the other day saying my Second Gen couldn't keep up. If I got mad every time that happened I would not be here. And Yammer was just as bad until he bought a Second Gen. Lets just "Make America Great Again" and get along... Oh yeah, well said Don.

That was great until I lost my brakes.

We're at about 16 inches now.

So far the first day we're around 14 to 15 inches. It has slowed down but not expected to stop till later tomorrow. Could easily see 16-20 inches before this crap is over.

Randy, I have a niece's wedding on Saturday to go to, I'll have to pull out Friday morning. I tried to talk her into moving her wedding date, but no luck. Adrian will be staying with me that week until Friday. He may reserve the cabin for the next couple of nights. We may have room for one more person in the cabin.
