  1. I would stay away from the high output stators, I put one in my first 1999 venture. I replaced the engine after only about 10,000 miles and when I checked the stator it had burned half of the stator, looked as bad as the one that I replaced with at least 70,000 miles on it. Higher output equals more heat.
