Posted May 31, 2008 Share #1 Posted May 31, 2008 Hey: getting ready to put LEDstrip under trunk of 07 RSV and haven't opened LED package yet, wondering if anyone has info on color of wires needed to hook into for running light and brake light. also do i need to remove trunk to get to wiring? relic Posted May 31, 2008 Share #2 Posted May 31, 2008 If it is the light from DiamondR you have to remove the seats to get at the wiring but not the trunk. The colour does not matter unless you are trying to match colours. I think the light we put on was yellow and blue or red??? We used red for both wires as it was all we had at the time.The instructions with the light are very good. THe bike wires are Blue =Tail and Yellow = Brake if I recall correctly. DNBoll Posted May 31, 2008 Share #3 Posted May 31, 2008 If it's a Signal dynamic, I tied the light wires into the tail light wires behind the license plate. The wires were long enough. No trunk or any other part removal was required. I have a post on it some where. There many similar posts out there. Fairly easy install. Good Luck!
