  Looks like it's a financial issue?   Then why do reports say the permit wasn't granted..?

  Seems like it should be an on-going tradition.

Turns out you're right...it's not political, but financial.  Still doesn't make sense though.

Interesting, when I click the link in my quote it goes to a page that discussed financial hardship as well.  Looks like Amvets might be organizing something.
