I made a form in the shape out of it from hard wood. Then covered it in plastic wrap. Then a thin coat of petroleum jelly. then I dipped that into the rubber coating you can buy to coat tools from the hardware store. About 3 layers. Let harden then remove wood and clean and install.

The rubber bulb off that eye dropper just might do the trick.. just gotta find one the right size.. That looks very close

You could spend some time looking thru Digi-Key or Mouser for switch boots. there are a lot of different sizes and styles.
