Bead Rider Customer Service

For anyone thinking about buying a set of Bead Rider Seat Beads. Let me just say their customer service is TOP NOTCH!! I accidentally order the wrong size seat beads for my passenger seat and without question they let me exchange them. They were very nice and understanding. I haven't used them yet, due to a bought them for warmer weather, but I can't wait to see how they work.

Had them for the last bike and hated them. I found them uncomfortable and darn near impossible to keep on the seat without sliding around. YMMV...

I've been using them since 2005. I wore out one set and I'm on my 2nd set..... when I first got them I forgot to take them off on a colder day... 50°.... after about 10mins I had to stop and take them off....Arse too cold...lol

Just an update: I've put about 1000 miles on my bike since installing the Bead Rider and I Love it! On hot days it really helps keep my Bum cool. However, I bought the set for rider and passenger and I had to stop and remove the passenger seat. My wife felt like she was going to slide off the bike when going around curves. I think because the drivers seat is dished out, it helps to keep you from rolling around.
