Cougar Posted March 29, 2015 Author Posted March 29, 2015 oh oh oh,, as soon as I posted I think I might have found one LOL of course http://www.ebay.com/itm/Emgo-Universal-Brake-Light-Switch-Rear-Stop-Spring-Pull-Motorcycle-New-K-S-/301366457630
dingy Posted March 29, 2015 Posted March 29, 2015 That would be a Normally Open, Single Pole, Single Throw, Spring Return. NO SPST SPR RTN (not positive about spring return abbreviation ) http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Switch This type of switch arrangement is very common. Gary
dingy Posted March 29, 2015 Posted March 29, 2015 If it were used on 1st gen it would be NO SPST SPR RTN. 2nd gen uses a brake relay, then a NC SPST SPR RTN. (Normally Closed, Single Pole, Single Throw, Spring Return.) But a Venture with cruise needs 2nd set of contacts for cruise cancel. Gary
