Note:

This is a completely NEW recall including those bikes which were supposedly "fixed" under the first original recall that came out on Dec 1st, 2011 (ref: 11V567000)

SUMMARY:

American Honda Motor Co., Inc. (Honda) is recalling certain model year 2001-2010 and 2012 GL1800 and 2001-2005 GL1800A motorcycles. The rear brakes of the affected motorcycles may drag after the brakes are released.

As mentioned above, contact your local Honda dealer or just call anyone of them but have your vin number ready for them.

From what I understand they are:

Vehicle Make Model Model Year(s)

  • HONDA GL1800 2001-2010,2012
  • HONDA GL1800A 2001-2005
