While I was there I looked at the remains of the bike and offered them $200. Hasn't run since 2001 but also only has 17K on the clock. All the plastic is gone. For an extra $5 they threw in a side panel and the tank cover, so I think I did OK. I will know next week if they accept my offer but then I have to figure out how to get it home.
