RandyR Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 Just read a tech news article that stated a study of 20,000 web sites traffic revealed that 61% of the web traffic was generated by BOTs (automated web crawlers). The study then concluded that 38.5% of web traffic was human traffic. However, (my thoughts), this doesn't take into account the amount of spam email, and advertising, which I would estimate are 50% of everything I see (or have forced onto me). If so, then less than 20% of internet traffic is wanted user traffic. Further, 80% of my internet charges go to supporting traffic that I'm not getting any use out of.
bongobobny Posted December 12, 2013 Posted December 12, 2013 That's OK Randy, our money is at best only worth around 20% of what it should be...

RandyR Posted December 13, 2013 Author Posted December 13, 2013 http://www.dollartimes.com/calculators/inflation.htm And it's not done yet! Guess this means we'll be forced to give Congress a raise next year. Lets see: The politicians and big corporations want MORE every year. I get LESS every year. Eventually the graph lines will cross and I'll just hand over everything. I'm sure it will all be automated by that point in time, because I won't be able to afford a postage stamp.
