Audi-ized my Wing

I installed some side emitting LEDs to the headlight bezels on the wing. These are a cheap ($12) set of lights that I picked up on eBay. They look good up close but from a distance the headlights overpower them.

Those look good! I may try something like this somewhere on my 1st Gen. My son has had them on a couple of cars and his bike.

 

Have you seen Audi commercial with the two Spocks? That is funny.

Are they bendable? Do they come in different lengths? Wonder how they would look on a Second Gen along the "eyebrow".

The led strip is like a thick piece of tape. You just peel off the backing and press it into place. It will form around corners no sharper than about 1/4 inch radius.
