Broken Antenna Connector

I need to replace the black plastic connector on the cb antenna. Checked with a Yamaha dealer and they said I'd have to buy a new antenna at $179.00. The connector is plastic and appears to connect the antenna top/bottom by threads. Any idea where I can get a replacement or a cheap sollution? Thanks.

go to raidio shack and get a antana take the load and use it on your

Thanks for the replies. It seems to me somewhere in this country one could buy one of those plastic connectors. There is a local cb shop that I'm going to check out and see if they have something that will work. It's ridiculous to have to buy an antenna when all I need is that plastic connector. ps (4 month owner of a RSV and can't imagine riding anything else now. A great ride and style).
