rstacy Posted May 2, 2012 Share #1 Posted May 2, 2012 I'm having a problem with my bike pulling to the left when I let go of the handle bars. I wanted to search the problem before I made a post asking about it. For the first search I entered "bike pulls to the left" The search engine returned a list starting with this http://www.raymondstacy.com/search.jpg OK. Nothing good there Then I enter "pulling to the left" The search engine returned a list starting with this http://www.raymondstacy.com/search1.jpg Again no good. Finally I decide to do a new thread about the pulling and when I start the thread I get some great leads that I didn't see in the previous search. At least two of the suggestions had to do with the bike pulling left. http://www.raymondstacy.com/search3.jpg I remember a thread telling us how to use the search engine. So I enter "Search help" The search engine returned a list starting with this http://www.raymondstacy.com/search2.jpg It has been my experience that the the new thread suggestion are better than the search engine. I'm sure that it is me. What am I doing wrong???
GolfVenture Posted May 2, 2012 Share #2 Posted May 2, 2012 I also have found the Search does not work well for me and so I too use the New Thread process. Probabaly something we both are doing wrong.
dacheedah Posted May 2, 2012 Share #3 Posted May 2, 2012 I usually just google it and find the link to the location in venturerider.org
bongobobny Posted May 2, 2012 Share #4 Posted May 2, 2012 I'll bet it's either a caliper hanging up, or a shock low on oil...
Freebird Posted May 2, 2012 Share #5 Posted May 2, 2012 Click on search in the menu bar. At the bottom of the drop down menu there is a "google" search option. Enter the words you want to search for ... example.... pulls to the left. Check the venturerider option and then search. It works very well. KIC Posted May 2, 2012 Share #7 Posted May 2, 2012 A friends son had similar problem with his Honda cruiser. He tried a lot of different fixes. He ended up changing the triple tree bearings and tightening the neck nut to the proper torque and it solved his problem. Just a thought...
