What is YOUR 1st Gen Rear Speaker Setup

I'm looking for ideas for mounting speakers on the trunk top or sides or ?????

I don't really want to reduce storage space.

 

Could you all post pics of the set up you have....along with any pro or cons of that set up.

I just put these in. I don't have a clue where to tell you to get them. I was at a local electronics scrapper, and I found what appeared to be a computer monitor speaker setup. The grilles looked to be a promising size, so it went home for $5.

 

I reworked grilles somewhat and used mounting plate for a drill template. I placed a thin piece of a baggie over them and captured it under speaker mounts.

 

The speakers sounded good on my garage stereo, so they should be adequate on scooter.

 

I have an aftermarket 4 channel stereo in bike to power them.

I picked these up off ebay for $7.99 each. They say no brackets included but mine came with brackets. I had a couple on the "Blue Beast" that were totaled with her. Boxes that sat next to front of trunk. Bracket went in and attached to trunk mount. I still got pieces of them I need to get out. I really liked them. Maybe i can copy them.
