Freebird Posted April 10, 2012 Share #9 Posted April 10, 2012 Sorry, but I haven't seen these maps for anywhere except the USA, Canada and Mexico.
Freebird Posted April 10, 2012 Share #10 Posted April 10, 2012 I did a search and did find resources for creating maps for other countries. You would have to resize them, combine them into one image, etc. and make then fit. http://www.travbuddy.com/travel-widgets http://www.math.lmu.de/~philip/homepage/countries/
leo3wheel Posted April 10, 2012 Share #11 Posted April 10, 2012 Cool, we can do the whole world as one image and crop it as desired.
XV1100SE Posted April 10, 2012 Share #12 Posted April 10, 2012 Leo - where did you get your map from ? Did you take the two and combine them or is it one image for all of N. America?
leo3wheel Posted April 10, 2012 Share #13 Posted April 10, 2012 Leo - where did you get your map from ? Did you take the two and combine them or is it one image for all of N. America? It is one image of the world that I cropped. Use: http://www.travbuddy.com/travel-widgets to create a world map. Take a screen snapshot. Paste snapshot into Paint. Save Paint file as a JPEG file. Edit JPEG file by cropping image until you get what you want.
XV1100SE Posted April 11, 2012 Share #14 Posted April 11, 2012 It is one image of the world that I cropped. Use: http://www.travbuddy.com/travel-widgets to create a world map. Take a screen snapshot. Paste snapshot into Paint. Save Paint file as a JPEG file. Edit JPEG file by cropping image until you get what you want. I took the image with only one State/Province selected and then used Paint to "fill" a couple other locations. Can then update as I go more places simply by filling in more States/Provinces. Like this map better than what I had ! Thanks !
