Mike's very nontraditional and prefers that to a traditional birthday cake. Easier one me as well, I can make a tiramisu look alot better than a birthday cake lol. According to Mike AND the roommate it was an excellent dinner. Tiramisu was also quite good. One of Mike's coworkers made a trip to the house to try it, she really wanted to eat more, but refrained from begging. I sent her home with the recipe though.
