Black Owl Posted July 17, 2011 Author Share #51 Posted July 17, 2011 I realize that anyone taking part in the Chili Slap Down is going to feel quite intimidated going up against my World Famous Black Owl Chili. Winner of the first VentureRider Chili Cook Off at Potato Creek and voted best chili at the Pork in the Pines Pig Roast five years running. So, too try and make them feel better, I have spent the entire week-end working on a new chili. Unfortunately, all I seemed to do was make it even better.
