abnormalwon Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 Read the write up in Cycle World recently and looks to be an interesting new ride. Hope they do well, competition is never a bad thing. Also looking like Eric Buell is getting back on his feet again. Hope to see some of his ideas back on the road.
etcswjoe Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 Looks to me like it would be easy to burn yourself on the pipes.
Condor Posted May 10, 2011 Author Posted May 10, 2011 They call that a "touring machine"? I guesss if they can call the BMW K1200LT a sports tourer, the shoe fits....
twigg Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 They call that a "touring machine"? Depends on the geometry and seating position. The Honda VFR800i doesn't look much like a touring machine, but it offers fast traveling and all day comfort.
KiteSquid Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 They call that a "touring machine"? It has saddle bags.......... I would not call it a touring bike...... but a V4 in that configuration looks like fun. I like the exhaust note. I wish them luck!!!!!!
abnormalwon Posted May 10, 2011 Posted May 10, 2011 I think they define it as a 'sport touring' rig. There is quite a bit of lee-way with in that definition, still could be an interesting ride.
