You're in luck...there's an anal retentive. perfectionist around to help (That doesn't mean I do things well or accurately...only that I would like to!) Anyway, the correct spelling (You did write (sp?)) is "kudos" ... it's from some Greek word meaning "glory". There...another good deed done.
