I have very little to say. Mine fell off on the way to a M&E in southern Indiana last year. And I knew to use a little blue loctite on the thing, I just hadn't gotten 'round to it yet. Luckily, thanks to VR.o, I knew which decorative attachment device to rob to fix the problem.

 

BTW, don't forget to order the washer when you get the new bolt (which is a little different from the emergency replacement). I almost missed it when I was replacing mine.
