Looks like all pipe fittings and tubing there. Guy must of been a plumber.

Harley bags are quick disconnect thou whereas ours are bolted on. I'm thinking the guy did this to have a place to put them while cleaning the bike maybe.

The guy was selling them on Ebay for $20. Look like plastic pipe so it would be quite easy to duplicate. I just set my bags on an old furniture blanket.
