It does have the trunk rack. Then there is the math. MSRP 18k. Paid 20k. Asking 14k. Save 8k? If he paid 20k and didn't get at least 3k in chrome extras he didn't do well at all. A friend just bought one 8 months ago with everything he has on his bike except the fringe on the levels except it had 9000 miles on it and he paid $9000. I guess one is born every minute?
