I had the Baron's kit installed before I picked up my new (to me) Venture and have not regretted it one bit. Also had the 1 1/2" pull backs. Jerry W Posted November 1, 2009 Share #4 Posted November 1, 2009 MIne is lowered front and rear. I lowered the front using the directions on this site and the rear using the Barons kit. I also have the Barons risers on the bars to bring the bars back. You will need a shorter kickstand. I have no regrets and no plans to raise my bike back up.
