Cinderella Posted July 11, 2009 #1 Posted July 11, 2009 Ok i know we did a poll a while back on the number and ages of the kids who will be there but over time plans change and some cant make it or some may be coming now.....we are trying to finalize some ideas for activity's since our committee lost the ones in charge of that...... it would be real helpful if anyone who is bringing kids would once again make a post in this thread with how many kids and what their age is. Thanks for your help

Cinderella Posted July 24, 2009 Author #16 Posted July 24, 2009 one more try at this............. are we really only having 6 kids up to age 16 ? the kids raffle will be at the dinner wed night...may even do the kids raffle at the BBQ tues night havent decided for sure yet.........since we have so many raffle drawings going on wed night.... at this point we have purchased 5 kids raffle prizes with the donated moneys and if there are truly only going to be 6 kids there i would like to get another prize so there isnt just 1 kid who leaves with nothing..... so please let us know asap !! time is getting short

KarlS Posted July 24, 2009 #19 Posted July 24, 2009 My Daughter and I plan on being there by noon Tuesday. Cannot leave until Monday morning. Plan on staying in Sullivan, Mo. Monday night and leaving at 8:00am for the Hub. But we will be there for the BBQ.
