It looks like the base bolt that screws up into the plastic base of the antenna is slightly bent, probably not allowing the plastic base to tighten down properly. I was missing the one from my bike too and couldnt get the antenna to tighten up. Install the washer plate and now it will tighten up. Here is the part number and cost from Flatout. 28 WASHER,PLATE 90202-17211-00 (replaces 26H-88149-00-00) 1 $3.23It is listed under the Audio 1 section of the parts fiche. Hope that fixes it for you.
