We have all seen it and had to deal with it. I have found the problem! If we can find this guy we can stop it today! Stand together and fight the boolsheet on our American Highways TODAY! There used to be a guy there who would ride his longhorn steer daily on the shoulder of the road in this community. I don't know if he still does or not, I never run that route at work any more.
