My review of the Sena 10C Evo - Bluetooth WITH camera

Hi all,

Being a lucky dog, I got in the mail the Sena Bluetooth communicator with the built in video/still camera. It is now a permanent fixture on my everyday helmet. No more one handed photos using my $700 iPhone !  @cowpuc has a lifelong photographer on the back but not all of us have a dedicated pillion like "Tip". 

 This Sena unit is all it is cracked up to be!

Hey ya precious brother of mine!! Good to see your still hard at it!! Tip and I are doing well. Even though the cancer got the best of me and we are off the bikes we/I just ordered up 2 electric fat tired bicycles (the big bucks - 48 volts, 13ah batts and all that) to play on LOL..

I have never tested a GoPro. Here is what I believe any stand alone camera comparison looks like to the Sena 10C Evo Bluetooth 

1. The Sena 10C records the audio off your mic as you are taking video so if you are narrating, it is laid down in real time.

2. Any stand alone camera will be out front and should be taking a full view picture or video. The 10C  always has the side of your helmet in the field of view. Maybe a good place to sell advertising if you have a big following???

3. Cameras don't send music, turn by turn directions, intercom conversations and phone calls inside your helmet.

I haven't tried the Sena 10C off road yet but I purposely road my Venture on some pretty broken up pavement and the video was stable to my eyes.
