noahzark Posted October 23, 2007 Share #1 Posted October 23, 2007 Got my lifta adapter from Carbon_One the other day and my bike has been in the air ever since. Love that adapter. Of course, I can now see all the stuff underneath I need to clean/chrome/replace, but it'll keep me from running out of projects (and keep me broke). By the way, for those of you who THINK you're mechanically challenged, it'll only go on one way. Yeah, I tried several different ways and the wife stopped me when she saw I was about to strap it to seat and flip the bike over onto the lift. Actually, it takes about a minute to install and the bike is as solid as the lift from that point on. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. (C_1, would have sent this sooner, but my computer went belly up for a couple days. If it ain't one thing, it's another. Thanks for the quick turn-around on my order--it showed up the second day after ordering.)
noahzark Posted October 23, 2007 Author Share #2 Posted October 23, 2007 Yes, a "lifta adapter" is a variant of the original 'lift adapter.'
juggler Posted October 23, 2007 Share #3 Posted October 23, 2007 Yes, a "lifta adapter" is a variant of the original 'lift adapter.' Seeing how he tried to use the "lifta adapter", it must be the Reverse Polish version.
