Mike We have been trying to think of something. We only get to have 5 letters. Steve

My wife and I just purchased this bike from Mike Eykamp (eusa1) He did a great job and getting it from what it was to what it is today. This 2000 MM was involved in an accident with a deer. As you will see it has been repaired with parts from 10 different years. It has been lovingly named the Frankenstein Bike. As I write this it is being torn down at Lincoln County Cycles in Tomahawk Wisconsin. It will be painted a nice blue color similar to the top color of the 2007. So with the grace of God in a few weeks it will be done. But we will have to wait to ride it as we still have a couple feet of snow on the ground.

Is there any chance that we could get him to come and put on a course at the International Rally in July in Galena. I would take it. Steve Taskay ditchdoctor -

I just ordered his DVD and book a couple of days agao. I have never been on a bike the size of the Venture. I don't even have it yet. So I plan on watching that video and doing my best. Steve Taskay ditchdoctor -

Warranty Question?
ditchdoctor replied to 2007royalmidnight's topic in Royal Star Venture Tech Talk ('99 - '13)
Yes Mike that would be what I was asking about. Third party motorcycle repair warranty. I know they have them for cars. Just wondering if anyone has heard of any for bikes. Steve Taskay -
Has anyone out there trailered their venture for a long distance on any of the single trailers that fold up. We need to trailer our new bike that we will be getting this spring. We would be driving down to Illinois from northern Wisconsin and would like to ride the bike when were down there. I know I'm going to hear that trailers are for boats, etc. But we travel down to Illinois a few times in the spring, summer and fall and need our vehicle to take my mother-in-law for all that fun family stuff. We have been looking at "The One" Thanks Steve & Dawn Taskay ditchdoctor:mytruck1:
