You may want to call Casey Chevrolet or colonial Chevrolet they are two of the largest Chevrolet dealers in the area not sure if they have shops in Hampton but they should be able to help with information on powertrain warranties and give you a quote on repair prices if not a warranty covered issue. I am roughly 2 hours south of Hampton and can ride up there in a couple of days if you need give me.a call if you want 91967335095

Will be towing our RSV trike a few hundred miles this week. Trailer says to put motorcycle in gear for hauling. Is this correct, or
should trike be in neutral to take the engine and drive train out of the picture? Front tire is in a chock, rear tires are wedged and
obviously trike is tied down. Movement will hopefully be at a minimum. Any insight is appreciated. Thanks!
I always tow with the bike in gear in case of tie down slippage or other issues like bike hopping around just another small way to help keep the bike where you want it.

Car tires aren`t designed for use on motorcycles, the sidewalls won`t handle the lean angles,I would think it would be like riding a bike with a flat tire, just my opinion, but I have read alot of horror stories about this.
When someone makes a post on a thread that has no knowledge of the subject I think they should just shut up and mind there own business.
I have researched the car tire for the first gen and the only tire I found is not available on this side of the world.
Michelin makes one but its only available in Ausie land and they wont ship one over not to mention the tire is twice the cost of a bike tire anyway.
I have over 80K on car tires with the wings and have been really happy with the all weather performance of them If I could get a CT for the blonde I would but its not gonna happen at this point in time.

Well its that time of the year again today Mini and I have been married for 31 years and she hasn't killed me yet so I don't think that I have a snowballs chance in **** of her bumping me off.
:rotf:
:rotf:
Its been a rough year for her so far with me being off my feet with the surgery and life in general.
Maybe next year I will be able to walk and we can do something for our anniversary.
Happy Anniversary Margaret

You should be able to get a relay at radio shack that will work with the 10V to trigger it and then run your 12V to the unit
I would look for a solid state relay they have a few different ones in stock at the stores locally

Freebird hasn't posted since 8:39 this morning. We'd either send out a search party for him or be glad he likes the bike.
Maybe Don and Eileen are hitting all the local Harley dealers picking up clothing?
What you don't realize is Dons out at Sears buying tools to try and keep the new bike on the road

The voltages you say it's putting out while running are good I would suspect the battery having a loose plate if all the connections are clean an tight.
It's not unheard of for.a plate to make and break it's connection with movement u vibration
