So I got my hands of the Buddy Rich cable....now I'm looking for any instructions/pictures on the hook-up. Electrical stuff is not my strong suit. I did a search and found lots of talk about the cables but no instructions.
Thanks

Cool... looking forward to this thing.

So I thought I would check in and see if this thing is still on as I haven't seen any new conversations about it. I sure how so.....this event is my motivation that's pushing me through the painful rehab from my knee replacement. The bruising on my leg is amazing.....I have never been one to bruise much so the purple and black and yellows are wonderful to look at....LOL.
Looking forward to the ride and to meet everyone.

I figure you can either push your foot against them or turn tell more horizontal and rest your feet on them.

I am waiting to finalize what time my son-in-law will be getting into town....hoping somewhere around 9:30, maybe 10:00. Hoping to nail that down in the next day or two, and then I will post again. Hope you can join us. The more the merrier.

Awesome... We can meet at the Timmie's on Homer Watson by the 401...not sure yet what time as my son-in-law is riding in from out of town and I'm not sure what time he will be here. I will post that as soon as I have it.

I read up on that issue... The Quad lock has a vibration damper that I believe will work to reduce the vibration to the phone.

Need some help. I currently am using a satellite radio on the bike but want to switch....getting tired of paying their prices. I want to mount the phone on the bike and use my Spotify downloads for my music.
If I mount the phone on the handlebars and use the cable to the input beside the tape deck, I believe I will have the music in my headset.
If I wish to actually make a call though, I believe that I would need the Buddy Rich cable......correct?
Is this correct? If so...does anyone have such a cable kicking around?
Thanks

Thought I would start a separate thread for this.
I haven't been to a Friday the 13th in about 10 years. Thought I would go just for the ride before I get my new knee.
Anybody from the K-W area want to join me, meet Friday morning at the Timmie's on Homer Watson by the 401 around 10:00am. Hope to leave there by 10:30. Gotta wait for my son-in-law who is riding in from out of town.

Is there anyone with a centre stand for the 2nd Gen RSV can could provide decent pictures and measurements? I might have someone that can fabricate one but I need all the specs.

So I need to buy myself a carb sync tool so I don't have to rely on someone else with the tool to assist me. There is the style that I am familiar with that has the mercury tubes or there is the other type with the 4 needle gauges.
Any comments of why one might be better then the other? The mercury tube style it about twice the price of the other type.
Thanks.

Well I already have had both hips replaced, and the left knee has been a problem since I was in my 20s but the doc wouldn't replace the knee back then cause I was too young. I wear a brace on it most days but it's to the point lately of keeping me from sleeping. Everyone says that the knee replacement is more painful and a longer recovery then the hip....I guess I'm about to find out.
